Aikyam

Meridian School Kukatpally celebrated its 15th Founders Day on June 19th with immense grandeur and enthusiasm. The theme chosen for this special occasion was “Aikyam,” inspired by the timeless Indian principle of Vasudeva Kutumbakam, which signifies the world as one big family.

The students showcased their talents through captivating dance performances and expressive mimes that beautifully represented the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through their artistic expressions, they emphasized the crucial role of education in achieving these goals. Additionally, the students presented a thought-provoking skit that focused on the SDG of zero hunger, shedding light on the importance of addressing this global issue.

Simultaneously, the Investiture ceremony took place, during which the student cabinet members, led by the Head Boy and Head Girl, were officially invested with their responsibilities. Furthermore, the Junior Cabinet members were also invested, marking their commitment to contribute to the school community.

The auspicious event was graced by the esteemed presence of the founders, Mrs. Renuka Butta and Mr. Neelakantha Butta, along with the principals and in-charges from Meridian’s sister branches. Their support and guidance have been instrumental in the school’s growth and success.

The 15th Founders Day at Meridian School Kukatpally was a resounding celebration of unity, education, and sustainable development. It served as a testament to the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are equipped to contribute positively to the world.
